Preparation

  1. Add the sugar, salt and spices to the eggs and beat until foamy.
  2. Fold the pureed pumpkin, single cream and brandy (or rum) in the mixture.
  3. Transfer into a greased form sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake bain-marie for an hour.
  4. Serve hot or cold with single cream.
