Preparation

  1. Finely chop the pumpkin seeds and roast in a greased frying pan.
  2. In the meantime melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir in the vanilla sugar.
  3. Now add the pumpkin seeds.
  4. Using 2 teaspoons, spoon the mixture into small piles on greaseproof paper.
  5. Transfer to fridge to cool.
