When you dress the salad with pumpkinseed oil, FIRST use the oil and THEN ONLY the other ingredients (vinegar, etc.). The pumpkinseed oil then adheres better to the salad.
Never put salad dressed with pumpkinseed oil in the sunlight. The oil might coagulate within a few minutes.
