Pumpkin Seed Oil Press Review

A face treatment with Pumpkinseedoil is like a spring outing for the skin. A few days ago I saw on TV how effective pumpkin seeds are. We know pumpkin juice here in Korea. But pumpkin seed oil?

Face Beauty Cream Pumpkin Seed Oil
The New York Times reported that pumpkin seed oil has mainly two benefits:
1. It helps the body to detoxify and
2. It is good for the skin.

Read here why my purchase of pumpkin seed oil was absolutely ok.

I bought a nice bottle of pumpkin seed oil. Small and cute. The label looks like it was written by hand.

First, I washed my face thoroughly and then I rubbed it gently with pumpkin seed oil. Be aware that pumpkin seed oil is green! So rub a little of the pumpkin seed oil lightly on the back of the hand, then onto the cheeks, forehead, chin and nose. At first I was a little scared because of the green color of pumpkin seed oil. But you get used to it. And it’s good for the skin. Anyway, you will have a very green face during the treatment. I kept the oil for about 15 minutes on my face.

The nutty aroma is simply stunning and invites one also to eat the pumpkin seed oil.

15 minutes later I washed the pumpkin seed oil from my face. It felt just wonderful. Pumpkin seeds are rich in minerals and vitamins and keep the skin as clean and healthy. The skin now feels like after a honey treatment.

I think this method is not very time consuming and I will from now or do it twice a week. I’m very, very happy.
